Our Martial Arts curriculum has been developed from ancient fighting techniques and refined with modern scientific principles to ensure a more complete, well-trained student.  Each student learns confidence, awareness skills, and techniques to avoid conflict.

Each instructor is certified as an ACMA (American Council on Martial Arts) martial arts instructor.  This certification enhances the instructor's knowledge in areas of safety, classroom management, risk management, and age appropriate instruction. The ACMA is based upon universal, scientific teaching methodologies recognized on the highest academic levels.   The fundamental belief is in a principled approach to martial arts, that includes the development of personal character as well as physical strength.
